POLICIES

WARRANTY


 

Unless stated otherwise, products come with a 30 day warranty in any cases as a result of manufacturer defects. At the discretion of Elemento Tuning, replacement parts may be offered, a full replacement, or a return without fees will be permitted. Customer must communicate warranty issues within 30 days of retrieval of product to be eligible. Warranty can not be claimed as a result of customer negligence, which may include improper handling, installation of products, or improper knowledge about the product. Elemento Tuning is not responsible for any damages a customer may create on their personal property, such as their vehicle.

 



 

RETURNS


 

Returns are accepted within 15 days of product retrieval. The date marked as "delivered" via the tracking number is considered the date of possession. Customer must inquire with Elemento Tuning for returns within the 15 days. Any requests after the 15 days will be rejected or discussed at the discretion of Elemento Tuning. Returns will be issued a 20% restocking fee unless waived by Elemento Tuning. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Once package is received and inspected for its contents, the refund will be issued. Elemento Tuning may reserve the right to incur additional restocking fees if products are returned damaged or altered in any shape or form. This includes modifications to any products sold.

 



 

OTHER


 

Elemento Tuning is not responsible for addresses that have been incorrectly entered. We will try our best to confirm addresses if there appears to be an issue, however we cannot guarantee that we can identify mistakes made by the customer. It is in the customer's best interest to email us immediately if an error has been made. Once a product is delivered, we are unable to make any changes and it is the responsibility of the customer to obtain their package.
